Shipping Policy
At the moment shipping is only available to the UK.
I am working on being able to expand my postage soon, but if you live outside the UK and wish to place an order before this has happened, please don't hesitate to contact me and enquire about shipping to you!
All garments will be packaged and sent via first class post, so dependant on your location, should take 1-2 business days to be with you.
Return & Exchange Policy
I hope you love all my garments, however if there is an issue with any purchase or custom order, returns are available.
I currently only offer exchanges, or alterations, to make the pieces fit you how you wish, or to swap it for another if it's not what you expected. Simply email, or message via the contact page!
If there is an issue with the condition or quality of your garment, refund can be discussed, don't hesitate to get in contact via email - sophieviviendesigns@gmail.com.
